Strategic communication development

• Development and implementation of targeted communication strategies for crafts, fleet customers and OEMs
• Clear positioning of the customer's multiple values of our products in all channels Content Creation and Storytelling
• Creating high-quality content formats such as newsletters, white papers, blog posts, landing pages and info materials
• Briefing, editorate and quality assurance of communication materials Campaign management & customer retention
• Support and further development of lead-nurturing routes and customer retention campaigns Digital platform care & editorial planning
• Planning and content management of our website, mySortimo platform and campaign pages Interface Management & Teamwork
• Close cooperation with sales, product management, content, design and external agencies Analysis & optimization
• Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of our communication measures for continuous improvement

Complete studies in the field of communication, marketing, media or comparable qualifications detectable professional experience in marketing communication – ideally with industry knowledge in mobility, craftsmanship or B2B fleet solutions Experience in handling content management systems, email marketing tools and editorial planning Excellent text security in German and very good language skills in English A pronounced sense of speech for a targeted and effective approach Understanding inbound marketing, customer journeys and targeted B2B communication
