In the SOS Children's Village of Ammersee-Lech, we support young people in a wide range of problems and offer parents plenty of assistance: In the children's village families with specialist service, the children's day-care, family consultancy, interdisciplinary leadership, the family meeting point “MiniMax“, the department against sexualized violence, the outpatient help for education, such as the supervised youth housing, and in the school care offerings, our employees need their own protection for children, In the SOS Children's Village Ammersee-Lech we are looking for an early Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.) In our Bergblick residential group we accompany children and young people in their individual development and create a safe, value-saving place of life. Confidence, stability and the development of personal resources are at the heart of our work.  In this responsible role, you actively contribute to the everyday life of children and young people and contribute to their development: You serve the children and young people together with a multi-professional team and create a structured, everyday life. You embrace individual interests, strengths and inclinations of the young people and develop tailor-made creative solutions. You support school development through accompaniment to homework and provide helpful learning strategies. You contribute to help and education planning and implement jointly developed goals in a sustainable manner. You contribute to economic and organizational conditions and thus contribute to a stable group daily. You create a trusted and professional cooperation with parents, youth and other cooperation partners. You consistently and responsibly respect the implementation of child and care protection and contribute to a safe environment.

You have a completed study of social education or training as an educator or a comparable qualification. You understand themselves as a stable, informal and empathic reference person and shape sustainable relationships with children and adolescents. You encounter challenging situations with tranquility, creativeness and solution-oriented action. You work self-sufficiently and reflect your pedagogical action responsibly and foresightly. You are flexible and open to shiftwork services and actively use this working form for a meaningful relationship work. You have a professional approach to distance and distance and always act reflectively and responsibly.
