We are the USE gGmbH: a team that not only discusses inclusion but lives. In our WfbM in Berlin for people with mental illnesses we are mutants and guides. Our social service is Heartpiece – and here you miss as a pulsator. Rehapädagoge/ Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) – Designs instead of just managing!

Accompanying at eye level: You advise people with disabilities in their professional and personal development. Crisis Manager: You are there when it is hakt – with empathy, patience and a clear head. Networker: You moderate between employees, group management and cost providers. Structurer: You control the funding planning. The Doku? Together we do as efficiently as possible possible

Foundation: A study of social education, rehabilitation, medical education or comparable. Mindset: You see man, not the file. You can listen without instantly finished solutions to overstudy. Spirit: You want a living, sometimes chaotic, but always warm environment.

Time for you: regulated working hours (38,5h), no weekends, no shiftwork. Your free time remains your free time. Show effect: You have real design playroom in the accompaniment – we trust your expertise. Rest: A team that also holds together in ''sturmous weather' and uses humor as a strategy.
