Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Karlsruhe As part of the PreMaster program, you have the opportunity to work on a global training concept with a focus on innovative, digital learning methods. In addition, you support the design and co-design of training courses on the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket product portfolio (e.g. in the recording and post production of video learning content) The technical support for Live Webcasts is also part of your task. You are also responsible for the publication and updating of user-centric learning formats as well as for support in the further development of the global learning infrastructure. You participate in seminar management and quality assurance. Furthermore, you will create quantitative analyses in the form of interactive PowerBI dashboards. Last but not least, you will support us in the Product and Sales Training section.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of media technology, economic engineering, BWL or comparable, and the concrete intention subsequently to include a master's degree Experiences and know-how: first experiences in Power BI, video post production and eLearning environment Qualification: very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI knowledge of advantage Personality and mode of operation: an independent, reliable and structured way of working is of course for you, you score particularly through your contact-friendly and team-oriented way, you bring a high self-motivation and readiness to perform, and you are creative and implement your ideas independently Enthusiasm: fun on digitization topics, e.g. the use of AI tools in the generation of digital content Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
