Its core area includes corporate restructuring, restructuring and liquidation as part of insolvency proceedings, but also in advance of insolvency for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. Support our insolvency administrator in the processing of consumer and corporate insolvency proceedings Self-employed handling of the resulting correspondence Preparation of legal correspondence Table management and processing of simple tax matters Receivables received Simple financial accounting in terms of commercial and insolvency law as well as the organisation of the associated document

You ideally have completed training as a lawyer (m/d/w), as a tax specialist (m/w/d), a comparable qualification (commercial or legal training) or relevant professional experience First professional experience in insolvency processing is desirable - start-ups and start-ups are also welcome with us You are safe in handling MS Office applications; ideal are knowledge in handling winsolvenz p4 and LEXolution as well as accounting programs You are reliable, team-oriented, proactive and work very carefully You have the talent to keep the essentials in mind even in high phases and to react flexibly to new situations that arise in the field of bankruptcy management
