Creation and tracking of offers Commercial handling of national and international customer orders Coordination of delivery dates in coordination with production and logistics Support of customer requests by phone and email Maintenance of customer, product and order data in the ERP system Support for external services in administrative and organisational tasks Preparation of evaluations, statistics and sales-related documents Communication with customers, sales partners and internal specialist departments Participation in the continuous improvement of administrative processes

Closed commercial training, for example as an industrial businessman/woman, merchant/woman for wholesale and foreign trade or comparable qualifications Experience in order processing, sales assistance, expertise or customer service of an industrial company Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems Good English knowledge for written and telephone communication with international business partners Organisational skills and a structured working method Joy of communication and cooperation across different business areas Reliability, initiative and service orientation
