That's what you're excited about

• We manage a regional real estate portfolio in the asset and property management of Taunus Sparkasse Immobilien GmbH.
• In your new position, you work closely with the asset and property managers and support them especially in order creations and creations of lease contracts.
• In addition, you are responsible for the property accounting of the real estate. This includes, inter alia, the examination, confirmation and booking of invoices, the rental entrance control including the dungeoning, the collection and maintenance of the tenant and object master files and the coordination of the bank accounts.
• The processing of correspondence with the property managers and the processing of objections is also part of your task. You are also a sought-after contact person for external accounting as well as for auditors and tax advisors.
• They support the creation of the annual accounts and the cost accounting of commercial and residential real estate.
