Your responsibility:

• Educational support and promotion of children in everyday life
• Planning, implementation and reflection of educational opportunities
• Monitoring and documentation of child development processes
• Active cooperation with parents in the sense of an educational partnership
• Participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept
• Participation in team meetings and training

• You are a social pedagogue, medical education or childhood education (m/w/d) with completed university studies (social work with recognition as a social pedagogue)
• Enthusiasm and creativity for work with children and the ability to adapt well to their interests and needs
• Responsibility, empathy and team spirit
• You always have an open ear for both the worries and the daily successes of the children

You can expect:

• Start unlimited with individual working hours (full or part-time) and up to 35 holiday days per year
