Your area of responsibility includes the support of the fund conception (open special AIF) with business plans and economic calculations You also take over the creation of annual planning as well as the preparation and monitoring of the implementation, including the target-actual analyses You develop portfolio-level scenarios and give your recommendations for action to achieve your goals In addition, create cash flow models, cost-effectiveness calculations and manage liquidity management at portfolio level They accompany sales and sales for real estate and create object-concrete business plans with the help of Excel For revitalisation measures and project developments, prepare the recommendations for operational inventory management In addition, perform portfolio clusters in Excel and monitor the real estate stock in terms of value development and performance based on asset management.

You can present a successfully completed study, ideally with a focus on real estate, BWL, mathematics etc. You have 1-3 years of professional experience in fund or portfolio management with regard to real estate and have already been able to contribute your experience in statistical and economic methodology Your excellent knowledge with the MS Office, in particular Excel, will make you safe and skillful Analytical skills and a great affinity to numbers bring you along as well as a high self-motivation and pronounced team skills Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
