You will not only participate in the creation of our monthly and annual accounts, but also take over the management of the team for the Accounting Team. As Manager (m/w/d) Financial Accounting, you report directly to our Director Accounting Europe and are responsible for financial accounting at our Penzberg location As an empathic leadership, it gives you pleasure to guide the accounting team professionally and disciplinefully With your specialist expertise, you will start monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and report and are responsible for the main accounting incl. Books by 4 companies You work with our tax advisor on the completion of the HGB, disclosure and tax returns, ZM, K messages and Intrastat messages The creation of risk analyses and early warning functions as well as the establishment of a compliance structure motivate you as well as the monitoring of audit topics in direct contact with the auditors and in close consultation with our headquarters in the USA and the Director Accounting Europe. The monitoring of account mapping, bookings in our ERP and consolidation systems, as well as the ICO vote are just as natural for you as liquidity control, cash planning incl. Credit limit and foreign exchange management In addition, you are responsible for tax reporting to our corporate mother EOC LLC USA, you are a contact person for various banking matters and you are involved in topics such as GoBD compliance, GDPR and IKS with Optimizing internal processes is a key issue for you, and together with colleagues in the EOC Group you implement innovative projects such as the introduction of a new ERP system

You have a study with a relevant focus or comparable training as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting/financial accounting You have a deep expertise in the financial sector, accounting and the creation of financial statements according to US-GAAP and HGB You can demonstrate a multi-year leadership experience You have a high level of responsibility, reliability, accuracy and team spirit You have best communication skills and effortlessly change between German and English You are a dedicated and timely flexible leader who has an excellent sense of numbers as well as for people
