Technical support and control of craft partners in the field of heat and plant engineering Quality assurance and operational control of service processes along defined KPIs Active participation in the optimization of processes to increase efficiency, plant availability and service quality Close cooperation with sales and customer service to ensure high customer and partner satisfaction Escalation management as well as support for critical processes and legally relevant facts Requirement management through personal customer approach, development of individual solutions and deescaling communication Initiation of further measures in the event of defaults within the framework of internal requirements and legal frameworks Participation in standby and occasional travel to partners and locations

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, heating farmer, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology or comparable technical qualification Multiannual experience in the field of heating, heat or plant engineering Technical understanding and experience in dealing with crafts and service partners Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Communication strength and sovereign appearance in dealing with customers and partners Safe handling of escalation and conflict situations Economic thinking and pronounced service orientation Class B driving licence and standby for occasional journeys
