Your position

Strategic & operative - with direct responsibility for product groups, supplier strategy and significant influence on cost, quality and availability. Strategic Purchasing & Category Ownership End-to-end Responsibility: Support for central product groups in building technology (AC/DC and SHK).

Strategy development: Implementation of supplier strategies and building a resilient network.

Negotiation & Analysis: Conducting complex price negotiations and continuous market and trend analysis to ensure competitive advantages.

Technical Purchasing & Cost Engineering Decision instance: You evaluate and compare technical product solutions together with internal stakeholders and meet sourcing decisions

Value analysis: implementation of Should-Costing and establishment of design-to-cost approaches in product development.

Interface Technology: Identification and realization of savings potentials through specification adjustments and alternative materials.

Process and project management Structure formation: Analysis and construction of scalable shopping processes for a growing environment.

Automation: Standardization of workflows in ERP and Procurement systems.

Project management: management of purchasing and transformation projects (in particular indirect purchasing/C parts) with targeted implementation and self-responsibility.

Stakeholder Management: Strategic Partner for Technology, Ops and Finance; Promoting team-internal knowledge transfer.

Data Driven: Control of product groups via KPIs and sound reporting.

You actively shape cooperation between the areas and share best practices in the team

You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification

You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing or category management, ideally in the field of building technology, electrical engineering or SHK

You have profound experience in the management of negotiations and in the construction and development of supplier relations

You bring experience in cost engineering, in design-to-cost / design-to-value approaches or in technical cost analysis with

You work strongly data-driven, analytically and have a strong understanding of cost structures and market mechanisms

You think strategic, trade pragmatic and enjoy taking responsibility in a dynamic environment

You are strong in communication, enforceable and convince in handling internal and external stakeholders at all levels

You have experience with ERP systems and modern procurement tools as well as interest in developing digital purchasing processes
