Independent planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits within the meaning of IATF 16949 (Automotive) and VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 Development and maintenance of quality management system (QMS) in accordance with customer requirements and industrial standards and regulations Management of improvement initiatives to increase product quality and operational efficiency, in particular by applying lean principles Management of the process for processing customer complaints, analysis of complaint data to identify trends and causes and implementation of remedy Assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of existing control systems and active support in the design of audit-compliant processes

You have successfully completed your studies with the focus on mechanical engineering, economic, process or quality engineering, or you can demonstrate a comparable training with further education as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) You have process audit knowledge according to VDA and IATF, ideally you are a certified auditor (m/w/d) according to IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 You have already gained professional experience in quality management of a manufacturing industrial company You are saddle-proof in carrying out audits and know yourself with common methods and lean principles for process optimization
