In the Onsite Support, you take responsibility for the tricky cases that cannot be solved in the First or regular Second Level. As an escalation stage for complex incidents, you will ensure that these are processed efficiently and sustainably. You analyze causes, develop workarounds and implement pragmatic solutions in close coordination with other departments. You can use your technical know-how specifically in areas such as Azure AD (including user and data management), Microsoft 365, Group Policy Management and Software Distribution via SSCM. Also in networks, server and operating systems you move safely, think across the system and convince with your hands-on mentality.
