That makes this task interesting to me: The Elia Group (50Hertz & Elia) is at the forefront of the energy transition. In order to meet the complex requirements for network expansion and network operation, colleagues need efficient and accessible systems to request a wide range of resources and to receive support for various issues. In this context, I will play an important role as a specialist within the Digital Workplace – Users Support product team. The product “Users Support” is designed to provide seamless support experiences to all employees and partners of the Elia Group. The main task of the team is to provide robust, user-friendly tools that enable other products and teams within the company to provide excellent support. Currently, the most important tool in the product area is the service portal (currently using Ivanti Service Manager), in which the employees of the Elia Group can submit their inquiries and the support staff can process and solve the tickets. Since we want to continuously improve our current support tools and expand our offer, we are looking for a new software solution specialist to strengthen our team. My tasks: Implementation / development of functional and technical customer requirements by configuration or script creation in user support tools (currently Ivanti Service Manager), ensuring the operation and software maintenance together with the product team, advising key users in questions of IT service management and best practices when using the tool, support in the training of end users, Participation in test activities of new developments and confi­cations within the team and with the users, initiation of and participation in further developments and improvements of the software, Current support in the integration of the software into the application and system of the Elia Group.
