Head of Facility Management (m/f/d)

Total responsibility: You control and optimise the technical, commercial and infrastructure building management at our locations Berg, Bad Waldsee and Weingarten. Project management & modernization: You accompany and realize future-oriented new building, rebuilding and renovation projects from planning to acceptance. Service provider control: You coordinate external partners and service providers efficiently, negotiate framework agreements and secure our quality standards. Area & efficiency management: You are responsible for strategic area management with a clear focus on cost-effective, sustainable use and management. Key User & Digitization: As a strategic key user, drive the digital transformation in facility management and optimize our processes. Interface competency: You act as sovereign mediator and central contact for internal departments, external service providers and authorities. Sustainability & Energy Management: You actively support the design and coordination of forward-looking measures in operational energy management. Staff management: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership as well as the continuous development of the teams in facility management and plant engineering.

You have completed their studies in the fields of facility management, building technology, construction/economy engineering or a comparable qualification You ideally bring professional experience in the fields of electrical or supply technology, civil engineering or facility management with Communication strength at all levels, strong team skills and an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach complete your profile You have very good knowledge of Maintenance Software
