For our customer Siemens, we are looking for an experienced Industrial Cyber Security Specialist/Advisor (m/w/d), which develops innovative security solutions for complex industrial projects and supports our team with expertise and commitment. Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive cyber security model for industrial EPC projects in close cooperation with the cyber security managers (SRIP) of the projects.
• Advice as a specialist for best practices of industrial cyber security, especially for SRIPs in ongoing projects.
• Conception and implementation of specialized training programs for the further development of the cyber security competence of the project teams.
• Cooperation with project managers and stakeholders to integrate cyber security measures into all project phases.
• Continuous monitoring of industry trends, threats and technologies for the continuous development of the security strategy.
• Promoting a corporate culture for cyber security awareness and risk management.
• Guidance and advice of SRIPs in security activities such as risk analysis, vulnerability management and incident reporting.
• Support in assessing safety requirements and defining project-specific measures.
• Communication of the Siemens Energy Sight with regard to Security of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) and identification and treatment of deviations from safety requirements.

Your qualification:

• Complete bachelor's or master's degree in cyber security, cybernetics, electronics, information technology, computer science or a comparable field.
• Remarkable: relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP or the like
• At least 5 years of cyber security professional experience focusing on industrial environments or critical infrastructure.
• Detectable experience in developing and implementing cyber security models and strategies for major projects.
• Funded understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and their specific challenges in the field of cyber security.
• Very good communication and team skills, especially in the training and guidance of colleagues.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443) are advantageous.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems; Experience with building automation systems and HGÜ converter stations is a plus.
• Good knowledge in embedded systems and real-time control systems.
• Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to work quickly into new project environments.
• English knowledge in word and writing, German knowledge is advantageous.
