What we plan together: The HR Document Lifecycle & Travel Expense product team bundles central HR applications for efficient, digital human resources management within the REWE Group. The focus is on two key topics: the continuous, digital creation, administration and storage of personal documents and the efficient, automated processing of travel and freight bills. We use modern software solutions such as ESCRIBA, witness generator, Cytric Expense and the digital personal files.

What you do with us: You are an advocate for the further development and operation of HR font traffic applications in both onPremise and in the cloud environment. Together with your product team and your Product Owner, you will ensure ongoing operation and ensure ongoing support for existing software solutions. From customizing existing applications to 2nd and 3rd level support. You are responsible for the inclusion and evaluation of new requirements and prepare the decision to implement them. You take over the coordination and coordination of technical solutions and architectural issues with the Solution Architect. You realize and document the technical solution within the specified priorities. For continuous optimization of the test processes to increase product quality and test efficiency (e.g. by test automation). You opt for the operation of the applications.
