a completed university degree in the field of economic engineering, logistics, building/immobility management, business management (or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in managing complex projects, ideally in the area of logistics, warehouses, construction or infrastructure projects Funded knowledge in project management (time, cost, quality and risk management) Experience in the analysis, modelling and optimization of processes and in the production of process documentation Impressed ability to control interdisciplinary project teams and to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders Experience in the creation of management and decision-making templates, including business plan and economic considerations Very good communication, moderation and enforcement capability Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making Innovation will and high affinity for digital solutions
