Successfully completed study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, alternative comparable degree Insufficient professional experience and sound know-how in the development of electrical machines Very good understanding of the technical connections in the fields of thermal engineering, service life and winding technology as well as their evaluation and derivation of technical decisions First leadership experience or detectable willingness to take over leadership responsibility Good business and strategic understanding High level of self-responsibility, enforceability and structured functioning Very good communication skills in German and English
