At our client, the Catholic Children's Day Facilities Association for Children in the Diocese of Essen, one of the largest children's daycare facilities in NRW, around 3,500 employees form education, care and opportunities for more than 15,000 children.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a strong personality for the role of commercial management (m/w/d). In your role, you will be responsible for the economically successful further development and positioning of the association. We presuppose a solid commercial base - even more importantly, your operational implementation strength is paired with strategic vision, clarity and a separate value compass. In doing so, you maintain a modern leadership style and transfer responsibility to your team. You also represent the Christian mission of our client and live the value-based organizational culture inside and outside.

Successfully completed, ideally scientific, university studies in economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in a comparable leadership function as well as detectable successes in the implementation of projects, processes or organisational development Impressed management and control competence, which builds on a secure business-based basis in finance. Knowledge of real estate and public financing is advantageous, but no condition Safe handling of complex interests and different bodies Clear and participatory leadership style to empower your teams Clear representation of the Christian mission
