CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Total personnel recovery: You are responsible for the company-wide personnel production and find suitable specialist and junior staff, especially for technically shaped positions. Control Recruiting Process and Candidate Experience: You control the recruiting process by ensuring a professional and value-adding candidate experience – from the creation and publication of job alerts, applicant management, coordination and planning of job interviews. Direct address and talent pool: You take over the active address of suitable candidates via relevant platforms and systematically build a sustainable talent pool. Efficient and data-based recruiting: You control the entire Recruiting Tunnel data-based and thus ensure a high quality of occupation with optimized time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Social media and employer brand: you identify and design suitable recruiting channels (social media, networks and job portals) to present and position us as an attractive employer.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, study with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year experience in recruiting, ideally focusing on technically shaped positions, and well-founded experience in direct addressing business networks and other relevant platforms. You have experience in dealing with applicant management systems as well as knowledge in modern recruiting methods. You convince by communication strength, high self-initiative, consulting skills and a professional as well as an appraisal appearance. You work structured and are characterized by a pronounced organizational capacity.
