Your tasks:

• Software development of modern IT applications with Java technologies and using agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• New and further development of backend components for web applications
• Implement new features and improvements
• Ensuring scalability and performance of applications
• Identification and troubleshooting
• Creation, implementation and documentation of developer tests (module tests, component tests)

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in the field of computer science, information technology, technical computer science or comparable training
• Understanding the architecture and communication of distributed systems (microservices)
• Understanding the software life cycle and software delivery process with the relevant tools (e.g. Gitlab, Kubernetes, Artifactory, Docker)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgresSQL)
• Experience in JPA and in the programming language Java (version 11)
• knowledge of Spring-Framework and Spring Boot, Web Security and REST
• Experience with unit tests, integration tests and build management tools (including Apache Maven)
