IT Account Managerin / IT Account Manager (m/f/d)

You have overall responsibility for the comprehensive supervision of the Ministry of the Interior and its subordinate areas. You know your customer's daily challenges, have the overall overview of its IT needs and support its strategic development Together with the relevant departments, you will develop appropriate IT solutions for the customer from the existing BITBW service and product portfolio You are first contact person / first contact person for customer requests, offers and contract matters You represent the interface to further areas within the BITBW You decide in complex enquiries whether an individual solution is necessary and start a project if necessary You proactively inform customers about new services and trends You take over the forecast planning with the customer You are responsible for controlling the expectation and (de) escalation management for the customer You are responsible for annual planning in cooperation with your customers and bring the customer's perspective in the further development of new and existing services

You have a successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, etc. You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience due to your vocational training (e.g. as a computer scientist / computer scientist) or due to your professional qualification and multiannual relevant activities. You ideally have experience in consulting and supporting customers in larger and heterogeneous IT infrastructures.
