Legal Counsel / In-house Counsel (m/f/d)

Examination, design and negotiation of national and international treaties Legal support for purchase, sales, framework, service and development contracts Advising sales, purchasing, service and management in all contractual matters Assessment of legal risks, in particular liability, warranty, delivery obligations, contractual penalties, IP references and special commercial regulations Creation and further development of contract patterns, standard clauses and release processes Support for contract scaling, claims and disputed issues Management of external legal advisers in Germany and abroad Training of internal stakeholders on relevant contractual issues

Successfully completed studies of law, economic law or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in contract and economic law, ideally in an internationally active industrial or technology company Very good knowledge of national and international contract law Understanding technical products, industrial business models and economic relationships Negotiating skills, pragmatic approach and clear risk awareness Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
