ADAC IT Service GmbH is the central IT service provider for all IT services within ADAC and plays a key role in the further success of ADAC and the technical modernization of ADAC performance portfolio. You work with over 250 IT specialists in an attractive working environment with state-of-the-art technologies to further develop the digitalization of ADAC. Become part of the central IT service provider of the entire ADAC. We are looking for a dedicated infrastructure architect who has the pleasure of designing and implementing complex IT solutions for ADAC. You shape the architecture of our in-house IT services and continuously develop them. Your focus is on modern, secure and scalable workplace services in a hybrid cloud environment. You make sure that our employees can use a productive, stable and sustainable working environment – from device delivery to collaboration. You analyze existing architectures and requirements, develop sustainable, scalable solutions and accompany the implementation of complex IT solutions in a hybrid cloud environment. You develop a scalable, automated and operationally secure target architecture for ADAC's Modern Workplace with focus on Windows as a Service, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management (Devices, Clients, Mobile), Identity and Access Management as well as Security. In cooperation with Enterprise Architecture, you design patch management and software distribution to optimize processes and develop architecture standards, design principles and roadmaps. You develop concepts for automation of deployment and operation (Self-Service, Lifecycle, Provisioning). You ensure compliance with security standards (Zero Trust) and regulatory requirements and develop approaches to secure modern workplaces and end devices, as well as developer client concepts for hardened clients. You advise projects and areas of expertise in the implementation of workplace solutions from conception to handover to operation. You evaluate new technology trends in the workplace environment (e.g. AI/Copilot)

Bringing experience in Modern Workplace / Digital Workplace architecture and providing sound knowledge in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Identity & Access Management and Security in the Workplace environment; Automation is a plus. You have experience in the design of scalable platform architectures, an understanding of cloud and service-oriented models and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear architectural decisions. You're a structured and communication-strong personality, working together with various roles in IT and disciplines, acting on your own initiative, being a team player and bringing good English skills. In addition, you have knowledge of architecture or IT service frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and are interested in new developments such as digital sovereignty or AI in the workplace (e.g. copilot).
