Technical Manager (m/w/d) for Naval Mine Prevention

As a technical manager (m/w/d) for a hull-mounted mine huntsonar, you are responsible for the development performance in the project sequence in terms of dates, quality, process maintenance and costs. You commission development services and monitor project progress in terms of dates, quality, process maintenance and costs. You conduct and organize the technical risk management for the project. You coordinate and direct the project team professionally. You conduct the coordination of technical solutions and concepts with customer representatives. You ensure that their development results harmonize with the needs of product management.

You have a completed degree in the STEM field or a comparable professional qualification with a technical background and have many years of professional experience. You have experience in the field of system development using company processes and have sound knowledge and experience in system engineering. You bring knowledge of the technical management of projects. Embossed system-oriented thinking, self-employment and self-initiative are your strengths. You use your communication strength to target groups and understand how to motivate your team. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
