How important it is to have an understandable manual or an online help of a product, you will not notice until you are no longer aware. This should never happen to our customers, so you can create texts for help and manuals that are understandable with linguistic skills and the existing terminology. Your creativity is in demand when creating illustrations (with/without screenshots) and writing scripts with the associated production of learning videos. All this works only in the team: you have fun getting information across departments and bringing it into an understandable form.

From your studies, you bring creative, new concepts and techniques to portray applications and to facilitate the operation of our software.

You study technical editorial, communication & media management or a similar degree program. Metadata, Standardization and Single Sourcing are for you not only Buzzwords. Good sense of speech, linguistic adaptability, wordfulness and literacy are basic skills that you don't have to think about for long. You have a talent to explain complex facts easily and understandably. We would be pleased to have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, websites and image processing. Work with a editorial system is not strange to you. We are particularly pleased to have first experiences with Smart Media Creator (SMC).
