As part of a regulated succession, the company is looking for an experienced executive who, together with the three team leaders, leads and develops over 30 people. You have a degree in civil engineering or wood engineering and have extensive experience in plant planning and statics, ideally in timber construction. Detectable management experiences in a construction or engineering office as well as knowledge in automated processes and AI-based quality control are also required. Strategic management and further development of the department with the fields of wall, ceiling and roof planning, detailed planning, master data and statics (including fire and sound protection). Experience in leading several teams. Developing processes, structures and standards. Actively drive automation in factory planning and statics and shape the future of construction planning. Close cooperation with other departments to create efficient, practical solutions. Ensure that production is supplied with optimal plans, production orders and piece lists. Automation of static and factory planning with AI-based quality control and smart processes.

A completed study in the field of civil engineering, wood technology or a comparable training background. Multiannual experience in plant planning and statics, ideally in wood construction. Detectable leadership experience and joy in motivating people and developing teams. Experience with automated processes, in the best case also with AI-based quality control. A mixture of analytical thinking and hand-on mentality – Stratege and Macher.
