Multi-year relevant professional and leadership experience in the warehouse and logistics environment. Very good IT skills, especially in handling MS Excel as well as common warehouse management and ERP systems. Impressed leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and make decisions confident. High level of organizational strength and pronounced analytical thinking. Communication strength in handling internal colleagues, suppliers, service providers and customers. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Ideally experience in wholesale.

You ensure that all processes work smoothly in the warehouse – from receipt of goods to picking and shipping. In addition, you continuously develop the storage area by optimizing and unifying processes to improve efficiency and service quality. In your role you lead a team of around 70 employees, promote cooperation and support personal and professional development. The planning of personnel, layers and resources is your responsibility, ensuring trouble-free operation.
