You support our team in developing and implementing consulting projects – from initial analysis to presentation before the customer You actively shape internal (and possibly customer) workshops, develop presentations and prepare decision templates You analyze market and competitive data, identify trends and help us develop innovative ideas for our customers You analyze existing project processes, identify digital optimization potentials and use innovative tools together with us to continuously improve both internal and customer processes

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 and bring good English with You are communicative, you like to work in the team and have fun addressing complex challenges structured You have analytical thinking, self-initiative and a careful, reliable way of working - even under time pressure You are interested in consulting, digitalization and project management and bring first experiences in dealing with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) You are open to new, flexible and willing to work on various topics You think entrepreneurial and like to develop creative solutions for challenges of our customers: Career prospects: Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to join us as a junior consultant and start your career in consultation.
