The Accounting Team ensures the correct collection and mapping of all business incidents as well as the further development of the functionalities in the main book and the associated secondary books. You want to be part of it? Then we look forward to your application!

You are responsible for the creation of proper monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and RechVersV, including legal reporting You bring knowledge of reporting and accounting according to IFRS 17 or you are ready to work on this topic You make sure that all business incidents are completely and correctly displayed in the main book as well as in the technical secondary book You continuously develop processes and interfaces in accounting and optimize existing processes You carry out analyses and create meaningful reporting for internal and external stakeholders You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership and the further development of a five-member team You are the central contact person for auditors and tax advisors

You have a completed commercial training and/or a further training on financial or financial matters. Account Manager (m/w/d) You have several years of professional experience in the accounting of insurance companies You bring first leadership experience or leading project experience You want to continuously develop and motivate your team You work analytically, conceptually and very structured – and keep an overview of complex topics You are safe in handling Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ADDISON and Winsure are beneficial You have good English skills in word and writing
