Your tasks:

• Support with a wide view: Solve IT requests in 2nd level support – reliable via ticket system, telephone and email.
• Technology to the point: Fix hard and software malfunctions and ensure smooth operation.
• act confidently: ensure consistent compliance with our IT security policies.
• Interface to service providers: coordinate external IT partners efficiently and target-oriented.
• Documentation with system: Create independent technical documentation and practical manuals.
• Create onboarding: Support the incorporation of new colleagues and accompany our IT trainees.

Your profile:

• Complete training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory and Entra ID
• Experience with Windows 11, iOS and common Microsoft collaboration tools
• Secure appearance, high service orientation and joy in solution-oriented communication
• Own-sponsored operation, team capacity and interest in further development
