You (m/w/d) are responsible for the targeted processing of predominantly written customer requests. These include in particular: Recoverage (incl. damage facility and active damage control) Communication with customers, lawyers, sales partners and service providers on all questions concerning the specific performance case Verification and execution of damages according to the law Fee regulations and internal guidelines Participation in the processing of complaints Checking and processing of regressions (including monitoring dates) Collection and maintenance of customer data in the context of performance case processing Conducting necessary coordination with the supervisor and internal and external contact persons

You have a successfully completed commercial training – preferably in the insurance sector or a comparable profession, such as lawyers and ideally have first experiences in the processing of damage. You have a customer-oriented way of working and bring the necessary sensitivity to the needs of our customers. You are reliable and bring your own initiative, commitment and team spirit. You have the ability to accurately analyze and evaluate facts based on You can identify and implement pragmatic solutions. You have a pronounced ability to argument and persuasiveness as well as an act of negotiation. A quick understanding as well as a responsible, structured and result-oriented way of working are further strengths of your person. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as a routined approach to the PC.
