About the role: In this role you are responsible for the monitoring, analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs, as well as the planning and control of projects for the continuous optimization of processes, quality and efficiency in customer service. In addition, you control and develop external partners, secure defined service and quality standards and work closely with internal stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements. About you: Successfully completed studies (must criterion) At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of customer service Experience in KPI-based project management Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Practical experience in handling CRM systems Embossed data-driven mindset and secure handling of KPIs and data-based analyses English and German knowledge in word and writing
