This is expected

• You are responsible for the Stuttgart area
• You introduce new employees into the customer objects
• You dispose and motivate the cleaning forces in your customer objects in close cooperation with the branch
• You control all workflows in your customer objects (e.g., seek, adjust and assign cleaning forces, perform cleaning controls, order and deliver material, process complaints)
• You are responsible for compliance with budget requirements
• They ensure the qualitative and contractual performance of our services
• You are the first contact person for our customers and your cleaning staff in your customer objects
• They act as an interface between the customer and the branch

This will bring you

• Personnel management experience, coupled with high social competence in dealing with people
• Service-oriented and economically predictive thinking and action
• A strong communication and cooperation capability
• Self-safe, binding and service-oriented appearance
• Professional experience in a comparable position in building cleaning is absolutely necessary
• MS-Office knowledge (outlook) and sapphire desirable
• A strong willingness to use, even with job tips
• Car driving licence Class B
