This profile will help you as a specialist (m/w/d):

• Completed subject-specific vocational training or alternatively, this subject-specific qualification by professional experience
• You master the German and English language in word and writing
• Team skills

Disposition (m/w/d):

• Determination of the material and parts requirement or the associated special components
• Implementation of the material disposition and creation of delivery plans including call coordination
• Verification of the total supply situation including order and retrieval confirmations
• Processing of complaints or warnings to suppliers
• Monitoring the material intake and search for solutions to eliminate surpluses or misuses in close cooperation with our suppliers
• Delivering critical parts to date through selection between multiple suppliers according to specifications and taking into account different criteria
• Evaluation of inventory results, clarification of inconsistencies, possibly forwarding to specialist departments for clarification before the final review of the MRP documents
• Development of proposals for the recovery of surpluses
