In Oberkochen we are looking for an experienced foreman who not only controls the cleaning processes but also ensures the quality and efficiency of our team. • Working hours: Monday to Friday in the time window from 05:30–13:30 or 13:00–21:00 (depending on use)
• Attractive remuneration according to the fare of the building cleaning: €15.91 per hour

This is expected to guide you and deploy our cleaning team

• Control of cleaning quality and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Instruction and training of new employees in the area of building cleaning
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Material ordering and management for smooth working
• Contact persons for customers and supervisors in all aspects of building cleaning

This distinguishes you from professional experience in building cleaning and ideally leadership experience

• Teamability and enforcement capability for the management of the team
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing for clear communication
• Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic working environment
