You are responsible for the control, organization and further development of the envelope camp You ensure the operational coordination of storage processes and resources and ensure trouble-free operation in the daily business You are present daily on the storage area with your hand-on mentality on site, while your employees are the most important success factor These include leadership, motivation and promotion of employees You recognize, define and optimize the workflows in the storage area For the area of envelope, you are responsible for costs and budgets and take into account time, quality and cost You look forward to ensuring work protection and ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the logistics field or a logistical study and already brings 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the warehouse area with You have experience in coordinating and implementing IT-assisted process optimizations in the warehouse You can motivate your team and integrate it in the optimization process You are reliable, show commitment and bring a communicative and powerful personality with
