Legal Counsel IT Law part-time (m/f/d)

Contract design & negotiation: You are leading in the examination, design and negotiation of IT contracts, cooperation agreements and service contracts from preparation to negotiation to ongoing contract administration. Management consultancy: As the only legal person in the company, you report directly to the management and deliver the legal basis. Compliance & Governance: You keep an overview of legal compliance and corporate governance to securely position PACE in a regulated market environment. Technological interface: You use your understanding of digital processes to implement legal requirements in a practical way, including modern AI tools. Network & Exchange: You work closely with the legal team of our partner DKV and take part in the legal day with workshop on site for professional exchange at eye level.

Qualification: Complete legal or economic studies (Bachelor, Master, Full Lawrist or LL.M.) Experience: You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, whether as a judiciary, a syndicate attorney or coming from a firm. Expertise: You have profound knowledge of IT law. Ideally, you could already gain experience in payment services or FinTech. Tech-Affinity: A basic understanding of software and data flows is obvious to you. You are an AI affinist and open to modern workings. Communication: You negotiate confidently and accurately in German and English. Working method: You work in a solution-oriented manner. Your goal is to safely lead projects to success through legal expertise. You want to make things, not just secure. Working time: The position is written for 20-30 hours per week.

Flexibility & Mobile Work: At least 2 days per week in the office. Bonus: Works up to 10 days a year mobile from the EU country.
