As part of our customer experience team, you shape the future of digital interaction. Create a customer experience that enthuses customers and changes the way our clients come into contact with their target group. You will inspire our customers with innovative approaches to customer experience and promote Go-to-Market strategies in various business areas. You participate in customer surveys and analyze feedback to make important design decisions and identify critical touch points and improvement areas.
