Civil Engineer for Construction Programs & Portfolio Management (m/f/d)

Professional management of the building and project portfolio with the managers of the branches, including the portfolio priority in the construction program according to the multi-project management. Holistic analysis and assessment of project portfolio data (over all project phases), including the derivation of countercontrol measures and ensuring data quality. Compilation and harmonisation of planning data in the budgeting process and plausibility of the forecasts for the branches. Close cooperation with the branches, the central areas of the motorway (including finance and IT) and external stakeholders (e.g. the BMV and the DEGES) as well as participation in the further development of integrative project and technical control processes. Support in reporting (internal and external) and risk management. Expert advice on multi-project management and ensuring the successful implementation of standardized project management principles and tools.

Completioned university studies (Master) in civil engineering or transport engineering or comparable qualification, expertise and experience. Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in a comparable company structure. Experience as project manager (w/m/d) and in project management as well as in the creation of construction and financing programs. Knowledge of project or financial control systems, ideally experiences with MaViS, RIB iTWO and SAP modules (BW/SAC, S/4HANA FI/CO/PS). Knowledge in common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
