Legal Operations Analyst

The job N26 searches for Legal Operations Analyst to coordinate and edit the administrative work in the Legal Team. To do this, you will check AGB and prepare them for the website and other stakeholders. You support the optimization of internal processes and unfold new processes where necessary. You also support the processing of extrajudicial and judicial disputes by assisting in the clarification of the facts and by communicating with other specialist departments within the company. You process incoming mail and distribute it accordingly in the team. A further focus is on the support of lawyers for research on general civil law issues and questions of the payment service framework contract law. In addition, you will legally accompany both the offer of new features for the N26 App and the launch of financial products, as well as vote on local legal issues with internal and external local counsles of our European markets. Your tasks: You will work in our Legal Team and support complex administrative issues in particular You will be responsible for managing our General Terms and Conditions You support judicial and extrajudicial disputes and take over the work-up of the facts and give a first legal assessment. You develop new concepts and tax projects in the field of banking law and new financial market products. You are reviewing opinions in appeal proceedings You independently coordinate cooperation and communication with external legal advisers.

What you should bring: Background: You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Law and acquired first knowledge in German Civil Law. A master with further deepening of a legal focus is desirable, but no need. Professional experience in these jurisdictions is not a must, but a plus. Above all, the willingness to work quickly on the topics mentioned and to apply the “legal craftsmanship”. First professional experience in the field of Legal Team Management / Legal Operations is a plus.
