To support our team in the Transport department, we are looking for you as an engineer of the road equipment (w/m/d).

Your tasks include:

• Development, installation and processing of individual invitations to tender by BAB equipment elements, in particular the traffic signpost bridges, (including annual contracts) and measures for the production and operation and maintenance of light signal installations
• Transport activities
• Development of construction-time traffic concepts including Supporting the processing by engineering offices
• Collection, monitoring, processing and evaluation of traffic-relevant data in the course of road traffic censuses including Processing by engineering offices
• Support for the Transport Department in the field of transport safety and accident data evaluation

You should bring this with you:

• Completed university degree in the field of civil engineering
• or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing

That would be desirable:

• Class B driving licence and the willingness to travel
• Multiannual professional experience in the field of the implementation of equipment construction measures (transport sign bridges, signs, protection systems and marking) and in the procurement sector (VOB/VOL)
• Basic knowledge of the construction and maintenance of lighting systems
• Knowledge and experience in the creation of modern transport concepts
• Secure knowledge and experience in the execution of construction services, as well as in the technical regulations and guidelines to be observed
• Knowledge and experience in building contract law and the payment order for architects and engineers
• Knowledge and experience in the activity of a lower transport authority
• Good knowledge of road traffic law and general administrative law

The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group. The individual determination of the fee level depends on the requirements of the MTV motorway.
