As Production Coordinator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning, coordination and support of battery production. You ensure material availability, coordinate the smooth running of prototype and series production and work closely with internal interfaces and our customers. The position is located at our EMEA plant in Hannover, Germany. This is what awaits you: As a Production Coordinator (m/w/d) your tasks include: Processing of sample and prototype orders and obtaining the necessary materials
Organisation and control of material storage
Coordination of deliveries in cooperation with the key account teams for OES and OEM customers
Support and coordination of prototype projects with other Clarios locations
Creation of production and work plans
Monitoring and control of material flow within production
Acquisition of materials for battery production
Ordering consumables and equipment
Active support of the Blood-Lead program
Analysis and solution of production-related process problems
Quality testing of prototype and series batteries
Coordination and operational planning of production staff
Creation of monthly production and production reports
Implementation of environmental audits and maintenance of appropriate documentation
Ensure the availability of production-supporting devices and equipment such as shelf systems, ventilation, extraction and cooling
