What you do with us:

You are responsible for the operational support of sales-related control/process topics and for the implementation of all related tasks. You create evaluations, statistics and reporting and prepare data for presentation in order to present them in the relevant bodies. You are responsible for the continuous analysis and controlling of sales-related IST processes, as well as their optimization. You will also take care of the conceptual development of sales-related SOLL processes. You accompany regional change processes in the introduction of new or optimized sales-related processes. You are responsible for ensuring communication to the various interfaces and are the contact person for proessual questions. You analyze data and prepare results in the form of evaluations, statistics and presentations. You plan and moderate workshops as well as events and ensure a structured process. You coordinate measures to improve customer satisfaction and support their implementation and evaluation.
