Datacenter Network Administrator (m/f/d)

In this role, you will ensure the stable, secure and performant operation of our network and data center infrastructure: you will handle routers, switches and firewalls, analyze disturbances and work closely with internal teams to continuously optimize our data center landscape. Datacenter Operations – The operation and monitoring of our network and data center infrastructure Network Administration – Network components such as routers, switches and firewalls install, configure and maintain professionally – including clean documentation Troubleshooting – Disorders can be identified quickly, find pragmatic solutions and implement improvements independently Architecture Support – For technical concepts on network architecture, security and performance optimization, you actively participate Collaboration – You work closely with internal IT teams and external service providers to secure and further develop the entire system

Network Skills – Experience in network administration brings you with; Ideally, you have already worked with Cisco switches and firewalls Troubleshooting – Monitoring, Error Analysis and Network Performance Security know-how – knowledge of IT security, hardware and security concepts are a plus Qualification – You have an education in computer science or a comparable qualification Scripting – Basic knowledge of Bash-Scripting is used for automation and tools System Knowledge – Benefits are knowledge of Linux (SUSE/RedHat), Windows Server, Git and Ticket Systems Communication – You communicate clearly in German and English, are team-ready and service-oriented Mindset – Self-sufficient, structured, responsible and ready for readiness Travel readiness – operations at different locations are no problem for you
