About the company

Our client is one of the largest and most efficient municipal hospital allies in Baden-Württemberg and has more than 1,500 plan beds. You take over the management and organization of the entire patient management area, including stationary and outpatient billing, fee and participation billing, central writing and archive You are responsible for the administration of the patient data and for the settlement of all stationary, semi-stationary and outpatient services You are central contact persons for all questions regarding patient billing and redemption You check and reorganize the processes in patient management and the cooperating functions They are the interface management between the hospital and the external target groups, such as patients, introductory doctors, cost-beneficiaries and other cooperation partners They are actively working to establish the new reporting system

You have completed your studies in Health Economics, Economics, Health and Hospital management or comparable qualification You have profound experience in the administrative field of healthcare or hospital management You can demonstrate experience with hospital information systems (ideally ORBIS) They are a leading person with a pronounced social competence You have very good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations in healthcare vaccination or Immunity evidence according to the Infection Protection Act (e.g. Masern)
