Your tasks Rewards advice and solution expertise: You develop and implement tailored rewards solutions, in particular job analysis, job evaluation, job/level and grading structures, remuneration philosophy, salary structures, variable remuneration, sales incentives and total-rewards communication You analyze market and business data, guide well-founded recommendations, and prepare complex content for HR, Compensation-&-Benefits teams, executives and other stakeholders to address them. You design and moderate workshops, interviews, work sessions, lectures and customer appointments and convey up-to-date rewards topics clearly, practically and customer-oriented You bring your expertise into customer projects, business council and governance issues, as well as the further development of our Rewards offers, methods and assets Project and stakeholder management: You guide projects or project modules independently and ensure quality, time planning and cost-effectiveness You build trusted customer relationships, tax expectations professionally and communicate confidently with HR, executives, executives as well as internal and external contacts:inside You present analyses, recommendations and implementation concepts convincingly and coach younger colleagues in the project context Business Development: You support supply processes, guide scoping and fact-finding talks and translate customer needs into convincing consulting approaches You work with other Aon teams across areas and develop integrated solutions for complex customer questions You recognize market opportunities, strengthen our market presence, support customer and cross-selling opportunities and encourage thought leadership as well as internal initiatives with Your profile Complete studies, ideally in business, economy, human resources, mathematics, economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, rewards, compensation & Benefits, HR Transformation or a comparable company function knowledge of remuneration management, job evaluation, job architecture, salary benchmarking, rewards strategy and/or variable remuneration; Experience with works councils, pay governance and working conditions in Germany is advantageous Strong analytical skills, safe handling of data and the ability to prepare complex facts clearly, structured and addressable Very good project management, communication and presentation skills as well as pleasure in customer contact, moderation, team work and knowledge transfer Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking, high integrity, responsiveness and interest in new trends in the Rewards environment Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with HR or Compensation Data as well as very good German and English knowledge in Word and Writing We offer Flexible working time design through sliding time and our modern concept for mobile work 30 days per year, in addition 24. and 31.
