Financial Accountant Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)

Accounting & settlement You create and send independent output invoices and credits, take over the electronic transmission and ensure a clean correction or cancellation in case of deviations. Intercompany settlement You process intercompany invoices and credits, agree with internal interfaces and ensure transparent documentation. Central interface Accounting As a competent contact person, you will clarify questions from internal teams and external partners and ensure a smooth running of the accounting processes. Revenue tax valuation You examine sales tax issues in the debitor sector – especially in international business transactions such as triangular transactions or country-specific regulations. Intrastat & EU messages Ideally, you create and transmit Intrastat notifications and act as an internal contact person for statistical reports in EU goods traffic. Cross-border support If necessary, support the creditor accounting and actively contribute to a well-connected and powerful financial team.

Professional qualification and experience After completing a commercial training (e.g. an industrial businessman or a merchant for office management) you will bring well-founded professional experience in financial accounting. (m/w/d) or specialist in accounting (m/w/d) is advantageous. Safe in handling systems and digital processes You work routined with Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) as well as document management systems (e.g. ELO). Knowledge of electronic invoice transmission (e.g. EDIFACT) will facilitate entry. Tax expertise You ideally have experience in the sales tax assessment of international business incidents and can safely classify more complex tax matters.
